Trending Reports give your management team the ability to measure all technician and customer metrics. Want to analyze the total number of service emails sent and how many customer feedback requests were completed per technician? Why not take it a step further and analyze which technicians had the most positive and negative customer feedback responses? All of this and more can be done in a matter of seconds.
Each week technicians should receive a summary report for the prior week, which includes their average customer score and the company's average customer score. This process creates training opportunities for the management team to pull technicians aside and praise their higher than average numbers or retrain technicians with lower than average numbers.
